Commercial Terms of Service

1. Purpose & Scope

These Commercial Terms of Service ("Terms") govern business relationships, website usage, sample requests, and purchase agreements with Aarlika LLC ("Aarlika", "we", "us"). By accessing aarlika.com, requesting evaluation kits, or negotiating commercial purchase orders, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your commercial organization.

2. Product Specifications & Quality Testing

Aarlika Alphonso mango pulp is supplied as 100% pure single-variety pulp with zero added sugars, artificial colors, or chemical preservatives. Commercial specifications represent analytical ranges:

• Refractometric Brix: Minimum 16.0 °Bx (typical lot average: 17.9 °Bx).
• pH & Acidity: pH 3.50–4.00 (typical: 3.93); Titratable Acidity 0.45–0.75% as citric.
• Commercial Sterility: Aseptically processed and packed in 44.1 lb (net) bag-in-box cartons; commercially sterile per specification. Buyers remain responsible for following their own quality-assurance procedures, sanitation and cellar SOPs, and pilot trials when adding fruit to beverages.
• Certificates of Analysis: Each batch is tested in NABL-accredited food testing laboratories in Bengaluru and Hosur. Lab details and lot-specific COAs are provided as part of your sample inquiry and with commercial releases.

3. Evaluation Sample Kits

Brewer evaluation sample kits are provided for sensory testing, laboratory bench evaluation, and pilot trials. Samples are dispatched upon new lot arrival following mandatory laboratory release documentation. Sample reservations do not constitute binding commercial volume guarantees until a formal commercial purchase order is confirmed.

4. Commercial Orders & Invoicing

Commercial production orders are packed in sterile 44.1 lb aseptic bag-in-box cartons (44.1 lbs net fruit pulp each; pallets of 40 to 46 cartons / 1,764 to 2,028 lbs net fruit pulp). Commercial pricing, freight terms, minimum order quantities, and payment terms are set out in your written sales agreement, or at checkout for direct orders placed through the buyer portal cart.

5. AI Assistant & Estimator Scoping

The Aarlika Brewmaster AI and on-page Dosage Calculator are intended as informational brewing tools to assist brewers in estimating ingredient requirements and understanding cellar guidance. AI responses distinguish [Calculated] figures derived from user-stated batch volumes, [Evidence-Based] figures from our published product specifications, and [Advisory] brewing techniques. AI and calculator outputs are estimates and general information only; they may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, food-safety, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for independently verifying calculations, specifications, food-safety requirements, and regulatory obligations before relying on them. Commercial pricing and contractual terms are exclusively provided in writing by our sales team.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in a signed written sales agreement, the website, the Brewmaster AI assistant, the Dosage Calculator, evaluation sample kits, and all information we provide are offered "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarlika disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product suitability for a specific beverage, process, or packaging format must be validated by the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarlika will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost batches, or business interruption, arising from use of the website, the AI assistant, the calculator, sample kits, or our products. Aarlika's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product or order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any commercial agreements arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
