2. Information We Collect

As a B2B supplier, our services and website are intended strictly for commercial enterprises. We collect:

• Commercial Contact Details: Company or brewery name, contact person name, business email address, phone number, and delivery city/state.
• Brewing & Order Requirements: Beverage style, projected batch volumes, target dosage rates, and delivery dock specifications.
• Account Authentication: If you sign into our buyer portal, authentication credentials are securely managed through our enterprise auth partner (Clerk) under standard cryptographic protocols.
• Brewmaster AI Chat Messages: The questions you type into the Brewmaster AI assistant, and the replies it generates.
• Technical & Session Data: Browser user agent, general geographic region, and security verification tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile) to protect our interactive calculators and Brewmaster AI assistant from automated abuse.

3. How We Use Commercial Information

We use collected business data solely to:

• Coordinate brewer trial evaluation sample dispatches and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation.
• Prepare commercial contract pricing quotes, pallet freight estimates, and delivery logistics schedules.
• Provide direct sales customer support and technical brewing consultation.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud or malicious attacks against our cloud infrastructure.

We never sell, rent, or trade your business or personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Brewmaster AI Assistant & Service Providers

Brewmaster AI chat messages are sent to an outside AI provider, Cloudflare Workers AI, to generate replies. We do not save chat transcripts to our customer database; limited technical logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. Please don't enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

We also use these service providers to run the website:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the inquiry database (Cloudflare D1), AI processing (Workers AI), and bot protection (Turnstile).
• Clerk: sign-in and account authentication for the buyer portal.
• Zoho: sending inquiry notifications and order emails.

5. Cookies & Browser Storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website uses only what it needs to work:

• Sign-in cookies (Clerk): used to manage sign-in for the buyer portal and keep you signed in.
• Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile): verifies that chat and inquiry submissions come from a person, not an automated bot.
• Chat session storage: keeps your current Brewmaster AI conversation while the tab is open. It is cleared when you close the tab, start a new chat, or leave the chat idle for 30 minutes.
• Local storage (signed-in buyers only): your buyer profile and sample cart, so they are kept between visits on your device. Signing out clears them.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry, sample-reservation, and account records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When records are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your records at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. Security & Compliance

Commercial records and pipeline inquiries are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud database environments (Cloudflare D1). We use encrypted HTTPS (TLS) for all web traffic.
